Very conniving leadership. Area coach only cares about selected RGM’s that participate in her toxic office politics, others struggle while she neglects her shift mangers, Assistant mangers, and RGM’s who struggle. I was a RGM briefly and I struggled alot for a new RGM. What does my area coach do? She day by day sat in my dining room and talked crap about me and my restaurant with her league of butt-kissing RGM’s. My goal was to retire from Pizza Hut after a 40+ year tenure but that’s in the past. Leaving Pizza Hut will be the best thing to ever happen to me. I hope no up and coming RGM will ever have to go through what I did. There’s a lot of potential leaders in this company but this toxic management needs to cut the crap.
