Disorganized, stressful, unrealistic expectations. Leadership is like a pinball machine, bouncing around from idea to idea with no logic. HR is a disaster with a hypocrite leader who makes so many mistakes but never owns up, and jumps on everyone else for any little thing. Also shockingly non-diverse which explains alot.
