The project management approach is fundamentally dishonest. Employees are routinely assigned to multiple projects simultaneously and explicitly instructed to conceal this from clients. You're expected to falsify timesheets, logging 16-24 hours per project as if you're working full-time on each one individually. Clients are deliberately deceived into believing they have your undivided attention when in reality, your time is fractured across multiple engagements. This isn't just poor management—it's systematic client fraud. The company profits by billing multiple clients for the same hours while employees are stretched impossibly thin, unable to deliver quality work to anyone. If you value professional ethics, honest client relationships, or actually using the skills you develop, look elsewhere. This organization has built its business model on deception and exploitation.
