poor medical benefits, poor retirement package, company does not honor cal sick due to that it has a pto plan in place were you get 80 a year to use for your vacation or sick needs

- too much politics precluding you from moving through projects and too many half baked ideas
- HQ corporate teams are extremely rigid to work with. Marketing and SC teams in particular.
