Pros

Lovely people, the colleagues are what makes Celestra special. The free breakfasts and heavily discounted tuck shop is great to have on site. The office is in a great location, near to shops, supermarkets etc. Lots of parking (although on busy days, expect to block people in).

Cons

Some of the benefits you don't get access to until you've passed probation which can be 6 months for some roles. Long hours with commute time can make the days seem really long, makes it difficult to juggle work/life balance and attending appointments.

Pros

Very collaborative, no politics culture. Great people, competent, professional down to earth. Interesting work.

Cons

Compensation - pay and benefits - could be better.

Pros

Celestra is a fast-paced and genuinely supportive place to work. The teams collaborate well, and there’s a real focus on quality, process improvement, and doing things properly. I’ve had opportunities to grow, take ownership, and get involved in some exciting national projects. Leadership is approachable, and there’s a culture of helping each other rather than competing. It’s busy and sometimes demanding, but if you’re driven and want to develop, it’s a great environment.

Cons

The pace can be very fast, and priorities shift quickly, which may feel overwhelming if you’re not used to a dynamic environment. Communication between departments is improving but can still be inconsistent at times. Workloads can peak during busy programme periods, so good organisation is essential. Some processes are still being refined as the business grows, which can create occasional bottlenecks.
