-Nice and cosy atmosphere, multinational. -Analytical method development is nice. Accuracy is the point! -IC works are the best. -Business outlook is ok. Biomass analysis is ok but they have to broaden the services. -A lot of work for analytical experience & development. -Room for personal development, certain degree of autonomy. -Helpful and friendly staff. Fun to work with. Kwame, Edgar, Abraham, Kassiani, Mehdi, Oscar and the others, I can't forget your assistance to me. They are bunch of very very nice lads.
Cons
-Too much dependency on interns and not paying to interns even a dime. Even employees don't get paid for extra hours. No benefits. -Out of space! Needs a new spacious building. -Hygiene problems. -Ceo is friendly but needs to lead, instead he tries to manage. -Cio is ok in technical means but she is so pompous with a pretend British accent. Hypocritical. -Cto is ok but overqualified, he should be somewhere better.
