Cons
Everything, from poor management who don't listen to their employees and don't care about their well-being, or if they are working off the clock to try and get things done because management won't allow overtime. Job roles are not clearly defined so they can just pile more things on and say it was all part of the job in the first place, and allow job roles to not be replaced if someone leaves because they don't think the department needs more bodies, just "more efficiency" meanwhile they don't actually keep track of who is doing what so you have to constantly justify your role and why you should be there. They do what they can to try and fire as many people as possible before they start performing layoffs in secret, blind sighting the entire workforce and creating even more tension in the day to day because they make you feel like one wrong move, and you could be out of a job. They are trading competent and caring employees for barely functional automation and large overseas teams that don't care about the job and only add incompetence and headache to the mix of issues. If you try and talk with them about these issues you might just find yourself in the next round of layoffs, if they can't figure out how to get you fired first.
