Many outstanding talents there, an opportunity to work with great people. Design has always been the main business driver at Uber and the quality of works got better and better in the past few years.
Cons
The agency should clearly define its own style and identity in order to carve out its space in the competitive UK design market. It might be a long process but it's vital to bring the company to the next level.
