It is a job that pays! If you are desperate for a paycheck, this place pays decently.
Cons
Super old outdated equipment. Machines constantly breaking down. Other staff are super unqualified and have no idea what they are doing. SUPER HIGH TURNOVER! Management does not care to invest into the lab equipment or improve workflows to better suit lab. Health insurance has a $4,000 deductible which is a joke.
