Cons

Bonuses were tied only to monthly call volume, not performance quality. Sudden changes to attendance policies eliminated flexibility and punished employees for being human.

Pros

Great coworkers (other retail sales associates) who will help you succeed and make deals and answer any questions you may have,

Cons

Given an ultimatum and threat of firing after 15 days of work for not outperforming the entire store. Completely unrealistic targets with added bullying. Long term coworkers agree & overheard manager totally bullied and singled me out for no reason.
