After 16 year with Cellular Sales I can say with pride that it has been a fulfilling and rewarding experience. The company culture is one of support and motivation and definitely recognizes and rewards hard work.

If a co-worker doesnt like you they can report you to HR and completely make up stuff you never said and get you fired and you have no way to defend yourself at all. So make sure you never ipset anyone you work with or you could get fired with no explanation at all.
