Pros

GREAT pay, full benefits, little/no micro managing, full commission with no cap (very fair pay structure), plenty of bonus oppertunities (differ per market), team based work place, wireless is a growing/high demand field so you are selling something people want and need, flexible when you do and don't want to work, B2B & B2C experience, discounted phone bill, all store products can be sold to reps at cost, room for advancement is there but that is not the drawing factor for this job, bosses do care and really do want you to succeed...unlike most 100% commission jobs they are not slave drivers who expect impossible sales goals

Cons

a lot of pros and cons are the same with this job... 100% commission and the way the pay goes it takes awhile before you start to get your big checks...but if you can hold out and sell well the money will come...a lot of driving, no micro managing (which is a pro but sometimes it would be nice if the bosses were a bit more strict on people who bend rules to their favor) very seasonal, no two months will be the same. dealing with rude customers and being their punching bag, wireless is an ever changing industry so you are always having to stay ahead of the curve...one slip of something that applied yesterday and not today can be a very costly mistake in a sales transaction...so always having to learn
