Pros

None except the store computers to apply for other jobs.

Cons

Pay is horrible. You do not get paid unless you sell something. Commission structure is constantly changing to screw you out of the money you do make. No paid time off even though NJ passed a law about sick time. They are setting themselves for a class action lawsuit.
