Pros

They will pay you when they feel like it.

Cons

Their pay schedule is random. They pay you 15 an hour as a draw and then put you in low traffic stores so you "owe" the company money. The give you tools to use and then punish you for using them. Change where you are required to work on the drop of a dime and expect you to just figure it out or be put on review to be fired. Honestly might be the worse company I've ever worked for.

There is periods of time where traffic is down and you have to make sales happen.

Pros

Great coworkers (other retail sales associates) who will help you succeed and make deals and answer any questions you may have,

Cons

Given an ultimatum and threat of firing after 15 days of work for not outperforming the entire store. Completely unrealistic targets with added bullying. Long term coworkers agree & overheard manager totally bullied and singled me out for no reason.
