Pros
Co-workers are usually great, and you can make a lot of contacts. Other than that there were no Pros to this opportunity
Cons
Where to being? There's no structure. They nickel and dime your paycheck until there's nothing left, They pass the cost of doing business off to their employees, long days with long drives, If you have a day off you're going to be called by every employee trying to get you to take their crappy shift for that day, when you decline someone's request that one of the regional directors like the regional directors will contact you and tell you you HAVE to cover that persons shift. Regional director's try to make the employee feel sorry for them when a store isn't doing well, when you show no sympathy they will yell at you for not "committing to that location" or "selling yourself" enough, but they refuse to advertise. They will charge taxes to their employees on returns and exchanges. I could go on and on but the bottom line is this is the shadiest company I've ever been a part of.
