Talent is very high inside Celonis. We managed to scale up fast, hire a lot of people, but keep standards super high. This is great. Every day I learn from my team, peers, and leaders.
In its core markets, Celonis used to not be very diverse in its management and employee population, but this has really changed thanks to high leadership focus.
Cons
There is a lot of work to be done scaling a company. People are very smart and want to have high impact. Expectations are very high, we move fast and we learn as we go. Work-life-balance can be impacted. All of us are continuously learning to set our boundaries. Management does respect and encourage those boundaries.
