Pros

They hire some good people- but they all leave

Cons

Terrible commission structure and salaries. There is much better progression elsewhere in the market. If you want to get into recruitment there are hundreds of better places to work in Manchester. The owner of the business is out of date. He is extremely rude about candidates. He will scream and swear in your face. The working environment is extremely toxic. In my time there everyone else left, we got a new team and they all left. Its been running for 15 plus years and there has been zero growth due to the staff turnover. Your calls are monitored, extra hours are expected and the roles they recruit into are just call centre jobs. Celsius will get you a job, but they aren't graduate jobs they are sales call centre roles.

Pros

I have worked at Celsius for the past 18 months as the ISM Training Manager. This is a young, energetic and fast paced company that works with the cutting edge of the technology industry and like any job role it is not for everyone...but for graduates of any subject who wish to cut their teeth within the fastest growing sector in the world it is the go to place for building corporate experience and credibility. Over the last 3 months the company has gone through some significant changes including a new management team, dress-down policy, complimentary breakfasts and new incentive scheme and so the best way to find out more about us would be to come on in and check out our company culture, we'd love to meet you or check out our LinkedIn page for updates and photographs of the brilliant graduates that I regularly train-up on the ISM Diploma in Professional Sales.

Cons

Whether you're coming to us as a prospective recruiter or sales professional, it is inevitable that you will be towards working targets, sometimes within a pressured environment but just like when you were at uni, you'll reap the rewards; whether your motivations are financial, career-focused or to work with a like-minded, sociable team (I'm based at our Sale office and can vouch that we have a fantastic recently refurbished and reasonably priced local pub whilst our London office is right in the heart of the city). We want you to well and will provide you with all the support that you need.
