Pros
The children are wonderful and curious.
Cons
Look on LinkedIn and Zip Recruiter and you will continue to be shown ads by this company. Don't be fooled. This place is completely scheming. I showed up for what was made to sound like a real hiring process for a real educator position. Upon working there for 3 days, I was told there was no position. I was not given prep time, which is a norm in education of course. They don't even have basic coloring supplies, and children kept asking for crayons and markers. There was mention of lack of supplies due to budgeting concerns. Having years of experience and a degree in education, I considered it to be offensive to the educator job field. On top of it, they send you a 3 hour sexual harassment training without any promise for more work. I did end up coming in once more as a substitute, but never have I had a less transparent and awkward situation.
