Good benefits, nice office and location, monthly birthday celebrations, management is easy to talk to about any issues you may be facing both at work and personal. Hybrid-Remote and Flex schedule opportunity is available for most after 90 days. Great stepping stone from collage to career.

There were some social gatherings but would have liked to see more team building events or field site visits on projects being worked on. Would have liked to seen more investment in continued education for the position being filled and better EOY bonuses.

A few good employees are carrying the company.

Employee churn rate is high. I've seen many good full-time employees leave because the workplace is toxic. Avoid this company if you are looking for employment sponsorship; it's not worth your time.
