Talent and development team are only decent department

HR team are dinosaurs, everyone still works in the 1990’s and the director is a particularly interesting character, cold, aloof and totally out of touch. New ceo can’t keep up with the decades of decay and rot amongst the management and doubt she’ll be there long.
