Very stressful job. You are mostly on the phone and can't really take a breather in between calls. Everything is monitored; from the time of your calls, to the time you take to finish writing your notes, how long you take breaks, to even how long you are in the bathroom. If you don't comply to exactly what management wants from you, you are not going to have a good time. Management doesn't care about the quality of your job, they only want quantity. Any opinions how to improve work, is not welcomed. No possibility for growth. Do not recommend working there.
