Pros

The pay was good! Paid weekly. Simple/Easy work. OT always available. The people made the job even better. My supervisor was very understanding. I loved working here!

Cons

Their were a few things that got a little stressful. And we were graded on calls constantly and they are very specific on what you can and cannot say. We had to read the scripts word for word basically. Sometimes the quota made work a little stressful. But that’s any job pretty much. We did get sent home due to Covid. So that is probably what made it stressful as well. Other than that though, it was easy peasy and worth the money.

Cons

This is a customer service role & you will have multiple responsibilities with consistent changes. Everything seemed to be tedious for no reason, especially when you first start. They micro manage heavily over here. They just outsourced over seas so they’re looking to get rid of their current team. You will be dealing with angry customers majority of the time due the the DC not doing their part. I only had 1 good day out of my 3 years of working here. You will experiencing constant headaches & eye strain due to the problems being complex. I hoped since I’ve been here that things would get better but they have not. They’ve actually gotten worse. They put so much pressure on customer service but the other departments are constantly messing up & are the reason for the customers being so angry. It’s at the point where I’m genuinely on the customers side. I’ve provided feedback from what the customers are saying to management, but nothing has been done. This is too big of a company to continue to experience petty issues that disrupts patients care.
