Pros
Working for an organization that literally lives their values on a daily basis is not just motivating, inspiring but creates a great enviornment. It's refreshing to work with a team that cares so deeply about the community they serve. Being apart of something truly special and unique in McHenry County is totally AWESOME!
Cons
I can say anything negative. Every place has it's "hiccups" but when people are committed to the same end goal it makes for a great place to work!
