My co workers and the patients for the most part are what keeps me coming from leaving.
Cons
Administration, and management. Not staffing appropriately. Pressure to do more and more with less incentive, and put our career in jeopardy while covering their own. I have seen nurses fired or quit who have forgotten more about nursing than the management ever knew. It is really a bad idea to loose all the experience that these nurses have for nurses just starting
out who don't know how to even talk to patients, let alone take care of them.
