entering the workforce to prepare you for something much better. you can gain experience in high volume office.
Cons
upper management is horrible. they hire out instead of promoting employees that have been in the trenches for years and who could really bring something great to the table. CFS is extremely disorganized. there is ZERO transparency from the top. higher up CEOs as VPs make decisions that have a huge impact on the day to day workers that keep rhe offices running without asking for input or caring how it will affect them. most employees are doing the job of 3 people with no raise in sight. it's a revolving door. the communication is so poor that the patients even notice it. this is NOT a patient first practice. they got too big too fast and did not plan well for the growth.
