      Pros

      Great community and plenty of social activities (beer sessions, volley tournaments etc.) Many seminars, a marvellous location and in my case amazing lab management (but depends on the group).

      Cons

      Institute management fails sometimes: cafeteria still not there since years. Cluster is quite old, few gpus.
