Pros
CSD has policies and procedures in place that not only protect clients' rights, they also provide the highest quality services that I've seen in terms of administration. I have only been working with them for a bit, but so far, they are INCREDIBLY receptive to feedback and responsive to all concerns and questions. Very happy I made this choice! The leadership does not seem to be scared of devoting resources to ensuring that there are opportunities for growth within the company, which is always a good sign. Also, their focus on work culture and diversity is great.
Cons
So far, it does seem like there won't be as many cons as I have seen in other orgs, but things could change. I do think that there are some areas of improvement when it comes to technology integration and quality assurance practices, but most companies in the field have this same exact issue. Not saying it's right, just saying that these are common cons.
