Pros
Great Pay. Clients are wonderful. Paid Mileage.
Cons
Lacks ethics. If you need workman's compensation hire a lawyer asap. This company has no problems waiting for a judicial intervention before they even begin to start the process. Incident reports were "wink Wink" altered to add more "details". Coworkers ended up with my confidential medical information. This was a life-altering brain injury that left permanent damage. I can no longer see out of one eye the same and the cognitive function is starting to return to normal, and the migraines can be managed with medication but it looks like that will also be the new normal. If they care that little about their employees I promise they care even less about their clients. I was asked to do assessments I have never done before. when I asked for help I was dismissed, I couldn't just turn in the information I did gather, It wasn't right. I felt like they wanted me to write anything and give it to them and that really irritated them. It is very quid pro quo if you do look the other way, You might end up as a clinical supervisor in a mountain town if you do. I was written up for leaving a session early and later rescheduling because my child was throwing up blood and needed to be taken to the hospital and because they couldn't verify my work comp dr appointments. I was never told to submit those and when I asked HR, they verified that wasn't information they needed. Only the restrictions from the dr. I offered to give them my appointments, she said it wouldn't matter if I did, I was still getting it put on my record. Coworkers would call and say things like, you would be better working for a company with an older boss, this one doesn't understand your generation. I would never recommend this company to anyone who needs ABA or wants to work in the field. So many people get their degree and start their own business, with no accountability for how they do things...CSD bought out a small Colorado company (Rocky Mountain ABA) as it was about to fold, the merger took place. Check out those reviews. If the field of Behavioral Analysis ever falls under DORA, you can thank this company. My situation was one I hope no one ever has to experience. I am happy to report changes will be made to the entire field so situations like this are minimized. CSD is the new Florida.
