      Pros

      Good health benefits. Great Clinical Staff.

      Cons

      Administrative positions do not support clinical staff. Consistently has decreased in pay and benefits over the years and continues to decrease. No sick pay. Administrative tasks are paid at minimum wage, including scheduling clients, monthly meetings, trainings, etc.
