Pros

Typically reliable hours for RBTs, full-time employees eligible for full tuition to complete bachelor's degree.

Cons

Top heavy, expanding too quickly, top levels of management completely removed from realities of daily operation. Training is not the worst in the industry, but it's pretty bad. Employee experience depends greatly on luck of the draw - which supervisors you work with, when you were hired, why you were hired, etc. Constant turnover for any position below RD/OM.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We're happy to hear that you found the hours reliable and appreciated the tuition support. We understand your concerns about growth, management disconnect, and turnover. We're actively working on improving communication between leadership and daily operations, as well as enhancing training and support systems for all employees. Reducing turnover and providing a more consistent experience for all employees is a top priority for us.- Armando Luna-Medina, VP of Engagement & Diversity
