      Pros

      CSD is fully invested in the education, training and promotion of its team members. Via the Dreams Come True program and the internal Universities, employees can make a long-term career with little to no school loan debt. The administration at CSD truly cares and invests in its team.

      Cons

      None, I feel like the company continues to evolve and hear clinicians. This is truly a clinician driven place to work.
