Pros
You won't find a more dedicated team that lives and breathes the mission statement. CenterPoint is a small company that stays very busy with interesting projects. I'm never bored and I get to use my skills and experience to make a difference. The pay is great, the benefits are some of the best, and I love that they embrace remote-based staff.
Cons
As a small company, we all wear a lot of hats and that can mean some long hours to meet pressing deadlines, but this seems to be the case in a lot of companies I have worked for. Thankfully the organization understands that we work hard and rewards us with a generous time off package. Most importantly, the leadership sets an example by taking their vacation and expecting the staff to do the same.
