Pros

Weekly pay and direct deposit. A chance to get a full time job with a good company. If you don't like a job you're on, you can ask for another.

Cons

They offer NO holiday or vacation pay. I was originally hired to travel and work different accounts. After I was hired they told me they had nothing avalible. Asked about local job because I needed to work right away. After two weeks and threatening to quit they got me a 2 day job waiting for another account to open up. Got that opening and was hired by that company full time.

Pros

Competitive local salary in Denver - but this comes at a steep cost.

Cons

Everything. Management is a nightmare. Promoting self sacrifice, bending in ways that break you, and yes man culture. Regardless of outcome. More driven my kpi’s and reports, than success or customer service. Mincomanagement culture. Helicoptering at all levels of management. Might as well get rid of management and make everyone take a step down with the way they need to rework the work at the levels below them. Corrosive and abusive environment at a management level. HR does not help. They lie about making you a full time employee, and after they can you, they will refuse to pay unemployment on the grounds that you were only a temporary employee. Absolute nightmare. Fool you with “salary poition” and then out you on a PIP when you don’t stay in office for twelve hours a day and then bring the job home with you. Asking for help and clarification also leads to PIP’s, micromanagement, and retaliation. Breeding a culture of suffering instead of being able to ask for help. All help is given via ambushing teams calls and pdf and PowerPoints. No training. No team. No help. Absolutely ZERO personal and work life balance. If I could, I’d give negative stars. Beware !!!
