      Cons

      If you don't like collaborating across different teams, this is not the place for you as you will be frustrated. You have to be a team player.

      Pros

      The culture is the best in this organization. The management leaves the employees alone to do their work but they are always there to offer guidaince. Young and fun working environment. Great CEO! Tea, coffee and snacks throughout. Medical benefits and PTO

      At times the pressure is real (during peak seasons which is rare).
