CT is a really great place to work, with a strong MSP focus, positive work culture, and supportive employees. From the very first day, I felt valued and welcomed. The team is friendly, helpful, and always willing to support one another. The leadership team is exceptional—they consistently motivate and support their staff, creating a healthy and encouraging work environment. I am leaving only due to personal circumstances after a few months, not because of the company or role. I truly wish I could have stayed longer in such a positive environment.
