      Job Security, remote work available

      Cons

      Is not a customer centric company. There is no appreciation for talent. The staff is frequently changing since talented people leave. People have frequent burnouts. Salary way below industry standards.

      Very slow timeframes for changes or deadlines so not stressful.

      Cons

      Management wasting money on contractors and having to get employees to fix all the work. Very high turnover.
