Pros
Smaller company so you feel you're a name, not a number. With numerous banks throughout Missouri and Oklahoma, makes growth from within. People at parent company and main location in Jefferson City are easily accessible.
Cons
Sorely underpaid compared to other banks, including community banks. Raises are maybe 3% for lower level employees, thus making people unappreciated for the job they do, even if it's a job they love. Which is the reason many people leave.
