Central Bank is a great place for someone wanting to learn anything finance related, and since they prefer to hire from within, it's also very easy to start a life long career there as long as you are good at what you do.
Cons
The company is a bit conservative. This translates to not-so competitive wages and older leadership that doesn't necessarily believe in remote work.
