They use Cesar Chavez’s Huelga bird as their emblem but do not embody their principles. The management team runs on favoritism, misogyny, hostility, and bottom line. Don’t be manipulated by speeches around culture, equality, and “family”. Some people get a pass to break multiple laws and policies while continuing to rise (all of whom are men), while others are antagonized for contributing to a discussion or sabotaged right before the fruition of months of hard work (all of whom are women).
