A lot of coworkers who are motivated to work hard, and who genuinely care about their role in making public safety products.
Cons
As others have mentioned, the disparity between what CST says to customers and what can realistically be done can be quite wide. When I started working here years back, a common criticism was that the company was constantly trying to reinvent itself and as a result, there was consistent churn in important areas like C-suite, development, support, etc. This was supposed to be changing, but it's still happening today; more and more veterans of the company are quitting or leaving due to the yearly corporate restructuring.
