      CAFRAL is good for at the junior level who want to get some training in statistical software usage.

      Cons

      The mandate for what constitutes research changes every two years. its a directionless organization. if you are a phd and serious about research, this is not the place for you. Join IIT/IIM or anywhere else in India or outside India. CAFRAL neither does serious research nor serious policy work.
