Pros
Centri has a useful product, a clear vision, and a competent and growing staff.
I have worked here for about six months and can honestly say that all of my efforts have borne fruit - there is nearly zero administrative overhead or wasted effort. The team gets along well and supports one another. I work a forty-hour week, as do most of my colleagues. Only management works longer hours here, which is as it should be. Once in a while I work from home.
I have seen some poor reviews of Centri on the board, and should point out that the company went through some rocky times a couple of years ago. I was not here then, but the survivors tell war stories.
Since then, the firm has refocused on a new product and brought in new technical management. We are hiring technical staff to deal with customer demand. It looks like the reboot is working, and the team is presently firing on all cylinders.
Cons
I can't really think of any. I don't love this huge, impersonal building we are in, but the location is great. And you get free trips to the viewing deck.
