      Supportive, Opportunities to move up in the company, Practicum opportunities, great leadership, everyone is so kind even those higher up in the company, company does a good job of listening to concerns of staff and collaborating on a solution

      Staff could use more training, support/ongoing training from bcba's,

      Pros

      Weekly pay is a definitely a benefit.

      Cons

      This was the worse company I have ever worked for. I did not have any work life balance even though the company claimed this was a benefit. Our supervisor was out of the clinic at least 3 days a week due to illness and none of us received the clinical oversight we needed. I do not recommend working for them.
