      Supportive environment, focus on clinical quality, compassionate care and assent-based care, access to managers, professional development, career advancement opportunities, telehealth opportunities, relocation opportunities, 401K matching, and reasonable health insurance

      Cons

      Bonus can be difficult to achieve for in home directors, can make more at other companies (however support received at Centria more than makes up for it), PTO/sick time is only total of 3 weeks

      Pros

      Weekly pay is a definitely a benefit.

      Cons

      This was the worse company I have ever worked for. I did not have any work life balance even though the company claimed this was a benefit. Our supervisor was out of the clinic at least 3 days a week due to illness and none of us received the clinical oversight we needed. I do not recommend working for them.
