Pros
There are some pros but they do not outweigh the cons of working for this company.
Cons
Combine Jersey Shore with The Office and you could have a really good reality show full of drama but instead of in a nightlife setting, it is in an oversized office space for a failing company. This company was great at the beginning until the top billers and those who truly ran the office left for better opportunities but now it is letting people go every month or so because they have lost the foundation of what it means to be a good business. Everyone at the top of the company is power and money-hungry and it has put the company in its downfall. The hiring this year has been of those who are not qualified and one was even a fraud, a real-life con man. Outbursts and child-like fits from employees who have started cliques go unpunished. The managing director in Houston steps down and his partner in London pays a visit but is quick to run back home and has someone else do his firing instead of being a respectable business owner and having the "huevos" to do it himself. Everyone's mental health is in shambles there and those who have left, could not be happier that they have left a place that sells you hopes and dreams but instead provides you anxiety and forced company happy hours. So if you like to work beyond was is explained to you, have drama and toxicity every day, and want to have both your work-life balance and mental stability disappear, then this is the place for you.
