Stable income, laid back environment, friendly and knowledgeable coworkers.

Very Disorganized, mismanagement with understanding feasibility of projects and capability of teams. No clear direction or definitive goal in mind and too much realignment of work force. Constant revolving policies or procedures that tend to hinder more than help.
