Great people in the trenches. Has some good managers. The stars of this company are ones doing the work. Company has been around a long time. Lots of freedom if your in the right department.
Cons
Founding owner passed away and now son is driving this company into the ground. He has no vested interest in this company like his father did. Very poor outlook for future sales and service is hurting too. They keep allowing the same mistakes over and over again. Get a grip on your field service manager. So many people gone and so short staffed that nothing can be done anymore. Most of the core talent has left for leaving. Those few left cant keep up. This is a sinking ship right now. Old outdated test equiment. Money very very tight.
