Please take the negative reviews seriously. When I first started working there I didn't and at first it seemed to have been disgruntled workers. Towards the end that was not the case.
The turn around is god awful, during my time with them I have seen people come and go both on the helpdesk and sales team. In fact it was so bad that I even saw 2 HR specialist leave. I would avoid at all cost, the majority of the help desk has been outsourced to overseas to South Africa, and or being replaced with AI. Unrealistic metrics, and management expectations. If there is a toxic work place award this company would surely get it every year.
If there is no choice and must accept a position, keep looking and leave as soon as you can.
