      Part of Danaher group. Well known in the medical device industry.

      Cons

      Every 2-3 months management does reassessment on the headcounts needed. More than 900 people laid off in past 6 months (as of Mar 25). Poor Leadership and poor management.

      Layoffs pretty much every quarter. Most of the good folks have left. The parent company makes decisions that directly impact associates at Cepheid
