- Your direct colleagues are some of the best people you will work with - Previous regional managers were easy to contact and would actively help wherever possible

- Aurelius came along promising the world only to screw everyone over wherever they possibly could, frequently lying and withholding important information from the staff that were keeping their pockets filled! - Sales advisors given an ultimatum of either halving their hours or taking redundancy, for the staff taking redundancies they were trying to force them to work longer redundancy periods to screw them over even more, mine was only shortened to the standard 4 weeks because I threatened to resign on the spot so that it didn't jeopardise my new job - Stores told they were to open for longer (extended opening time to 5:30pm and re-opening on Sundays again) without enough staff after being closed on Sundays and closing at 5pm since Covid. Totally makes logical sense, right? NOT! - Barely any support given to the long term staff who would frequently be left to run the stores themselves as BMs/ABMs had to cover at other stores due to lack of hiring
